Draft. Have a lawyer in Bulgaria review this before public launch, and add a Bulgarian version.
Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms are between you and [your name or company], which runs Drumi.
What Drumi is
Drumi helps people who are already making a trip share it and share its costs. We are not a transport company or a taxi service, we don't employ drivers, and we aren't a party to any trip. Each trip is an arrangement between the driver and passengers.
Cost-sharing only
Drivers may ask passengers only for a share of the trip's real costs (fuel, tolls, vignette). Drumi caps the price per seat for each route. Using Drumi to run paid transport or make a profit is not allowed, and may be illegal without a transport licence.
Drivers
- You must hold a valid driving licence, and your car must be roadworthy and have valid compulsory third-party insurance ("Гражданска отговорност") and vignette.
- Only post trips you really intend to make. If plans change, cancel in the app as early as you can.
Passengers
- Turn up on time, pay the agreed share directly to the driver, and cancel in the app if you can't make it.
- For trips that cross a border, bring a valid ID card or passport.
Everyone
- Be honest and respectful. No harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour.
- Use phone numbers you receive only to organise the trip.
- You must be at least 18 to use Drumi.
Safety and reports
Use the Report button for any problem. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. In an emergency, call 112.
Liability
We provide the platform as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for what happens during a trip, including accidents, delays, cancellations or disputes between users. Nothing here limits rights you have under Bulgarian or EU consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. Bulgarian law applies.
